Thank you so much for your consideration in documenting this special milestone in your life. The first time I ever booked professional photography services was for my own graduation photos. I recall being so nervous and I had no reason to be - I want to provide that same reassuring experience for my graduates! Let's go spend an afternoon together truly creating art.

Date & Time

Pending availability, I'll send my booking calendar so we can find a perfect date & time

STEP 03

Sign contract

I will send a contract and invoice for booking retainer. Once both are complete, you are officially booked.

STEP 04

Planning

Leading up to your session, I will send a questionnaire with your preferences to better plan out your perfect session.

STEP 05

Session Day

We will meet a few hours before sunset, when the light is perfect, and have a fun time creating art together around the city!

STEP 06

Gallery Delivery

A few weeks after our session, I will deliver the gallery with all the edited digital files.

 

The MHM Graduate Experience

I seek to draw out the unique personality of every individual that steps in front of my lens. Each experience will be tailored to the individual and by the end of our time together, you may even say you had fun!

FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

In your final gallery, I include all final, edited, high-quality images, removing only duplicates and images that do not represent my best work. The number of images listed with each package is an estimate based on past photoshoots. I usually deliver much more.

Do you require a deposit?

I require a $100 non-refundable booking retainer (legal term for non-refundable deposit) in order to hold your date. If you need to cancel, at my discretion, we can discuss rescheduling your session. The remaining sum will be paid the week before your session

How long does it take to get our photos?

Final gallery delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks depending on my editing queue.

Do you offer albums or prints?

When I deliver your final gallery, there are options to purchase prints and albums direct from that gallery site. The print shop I am affiliated with is of the utmost quality and also further supports my small business. However, you are also welcome to download your images and send to any print shop of your liking.

Is travel included?

Travel is included for up to 15 miles from Tuscaloosa. Travel can be estimated at $1/mile


What if I want to change your edits?

Prior to delivering your gallery, I have worked hard to edit your photos in a way that best represents my style. This is why I heartily encourage you to peek through my past work to determine if it is a fit for you. I will not re-edit to match another style. I also do not sell the RAW images.

I do offer additional photoshop edits such as additional retouching, adding volume to hair, removing background people, slimming arms waist lines, creative additions, etc for a fee. Please reach out and we determine what your needs are and if I can meet them.

Do I get a print release or copyright to these images?

Your web gallery comes with a print release while Mary H Media, LLC will maintain the copyright. This license gives you the rights to print, copy, post on social media in a personal capacity only. Family and friends also can use in the same capacity. This license does not include any sort of commercial use or to be used in any way that would result in financial gain. Please reach out to me before sharing with vendors. Copyright is available for purchase.
