This wedding still excites me looking back on this portfolio. Outdoor ceremony by the river on a warm late summer/early fall day? Indoor reception filled with light, delicious food, and a vibrant group of friends? This wedding practically photographed itself. The documentation of this day was literal art with the radiant light. I am truly still excited pouring through this gallery.
The day was perfect for an outdoor ceremony on the riverside. The large bridal party was super easy to work with and made bridal party portraits a breeze. The couple had a long aisle to walk from the civic center to the outdoor ceremony, but it was worth it for the stunning views. After the ceremony, a perfectly timed barge drove by and honked its horn for us. The reception followed the portraits at the Demopolis Civic Center. The sun was setting and the ample windows bathed the reception hall with afternoon light. Sweet first dances took place and opened the dance floor where the real party began.
