FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
I require a non-refundable retainer (legal term for non-refundable deposit) in order to hold your date. If you need to cancel, at my discretion, we can discuss rescheduling your session. A retainer of $500 is required for videography work.
How long does it take to get our video?
Final video delivery can take up to 8 weeks depending on my editing queue. I will provide a sneak peek a week after the wedding that will include a 1-min preview from your whole day to tide you over until then.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for up to 120 miles from Tuscaloosa for weddings. Weddings over this distance will require a custom quote. Costs can be estimated at .70 cents per mile + a hotel reservation.
Smaller videography sessions have a 30-mile complimentary radius. Please reach out for a custom quote.
What if I want to change your edits?
Prior to delivering your final video, I have worked hard to edit your video in a way that best represents my style. This is why I heartily encourage you to peek through my past work to determine if it is a fit for you. I will not re-edit to match another style. I can offer the individual video files for an additional fee.
I do offer additional video edits such as music changes, adding additional clips (if available), transition changes, and other non-stylistic video edits for a fee. Please reach out and we determine what your needs are and if I can meet them.
Do I get a print release or copyright to the final product?
Your video comes with a print release while Mary H Media, LLC will maintain the copyright. This license gives you the rights to share on social media in a personal capacity only. Family and friends also can use in the same capacity. This license does not include any sort of commercial use or to be used in any way that would result in financial gain. Please reach out to me before sharing with vendors.
