Call or meet up
Let's schedule a call or video chat to discuss availability, details, and if we will be a good fit for each other . I will create a quote for your day as well as develop a custom timeline in Canva.
STEP 03
Sign contract
When you're ready to book, I will send a contract and an invoice for retainer. Once both are complete, you are officially booked.
STEP 04
wedding or session day
Leading up to your big day we will have another call to finalize the timeline and develop your list of desired portraits so that you don't have to stress the day of.
STEP 05
gallery delivery
After your wedding day, I will send a sneak peek a week after your wedding with 50+ images to hold onto until delivery day arrives! You will receive your full gallery with hundreds of images within 8 weeks.
STEP 06
follow up
I will reach out a couple weeks after you receive your gallery for feedback. I want to continue to improve in my customer service I provide my couples to serve them the absolute best I can.

FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
In your final gallery, I include all final, edited, high-quality images, removing only duplicates and images that do not represent my best work. The number of images listed with each package is an estimate based on past photoshoots. I usually deliver much more.
Do you require a deposit?
I require a non-refundable retainer (legal term for non-refundable deposit) in order to hold your date. If you need to cancel, at my discretion, we can discuss rescheduling your session. A retainer for a wedding is $500. The remaining sum will be paid in two payments.
How long does it take to get our photos?
Final gallery delivery can take up to 8 weeks depending on my editing queue. I will provide a sneak peek a week after the wedding that will include 50-100 images from your whole day to tide you over until then. I do not offer a 5-10 image 24-hr sneak peak in favor of offering a larger sneak peek.
Do you offer albums or prints?
When I deliver your final gallery, there are options to purchase prints and albums direct from that gallery site. The print shop I am affiliated with is of the utmost quality and also further supports my small business. However, you are also welcome to download your images and send to any print shop of your liking.
Is travel included?
Travel is included for up to 120 miles from Tuscaloosa for weddings. Weddings over this distance will require a custom quote. Costs can be estimated at .70 cents per mile + a hotel reservation.
Portraits & 1-hr sessions have a 30-mile complimentary radius. Please reach out for a custom quote.
What if I want to change your edits?
Prior to delivering your gallery, I have worked hard to edit your photos in a way that best represents my style. This is why I heartily encourage you to peek through my past work to determine if it is a fit for you. I will not re-edit to match another style. I also do not sell the RAW images.
I do offer additional photoshop edits such as additional retouching, adding volume to hair, removing background people, slimming arms waist lines, creative additions, etc for a fee. Please reach out and we determine what your needs are and if I can meet them.
Do I get a print release or copyright to these images?
Your web gallery comes with a print release while Mary H Media, LLC will maintain the copyright. This license gives you the rights to print, copy, post on social media in a personal capacity only. Family and friends also can use in the same capacity. This license does not include any sort of commercial use or to be used in any way that would result in financial gain. Please reach out to me before sharing with vendors.
